WEEK 8 PROGRAM:
Before you consider how often you move, please consider how well you move.
This mat based program will work your entire body whilst promoting waterpolo specific mobility. It’s a repetition based workout with 3 main sets. Let us know how you go with the third set. Perhaps the final combo could be a long term movement goal. It will assist with your explosive vertical and horizontal jump/ lunge movement in the pool.
It must be noted; to become a better at waterpolo athlete I highly suggest you do most of your work in the pool and use these sessions as a supplementary aid.
We have 4 more weeks remaining in this H.FIT X WPA program. We can’t wait to link up all the movements are provide some funky performance based movements.
