Week 4 Home Strength program

In this week’s program we focus on a few key areas. We start off with WRIST & THORACIC SPINCE mobility and then move into single lever training. Single lever simply means, single arm or leg. 

Working on individual levers is so important when training for polo as we play in an uneven environment which is frequently changing. Therefore, we need to strengthen our stabilisers and make our body holistically strong and balanced.
