Week 10 Episode

Welcome to the week 10 Episode.

In this weeks program we are based on the mat doing some crutial waterpolo movements and holds to help with performance and injury prevention.

The ADDUCTORS and ABDUCTORS play a vital role in supporting the hip and pelvis, yet they are the most under trained muscles in the body. Every waterpolo athlete should be doing these holds to help improve their eggbeater kick and most importantly to strengthen them which will drastically reduce the load and stress played on the hips. 

Let us know how you go. I have many different variations if you are unable to hold or complete a specific exercise.
