Waterpolo program overview and info

I’m super pumped to be putting together a 12 week waterpolo program. H.FIT understand’s that there are a lot of kids and athletes out there who are seeking guidance and programs during the COVID-19 period. We are excited to say that we are committed to developing and creating a progressive 12 week program to the AUS waterpolo community. 
 
Keep an eye out, watch this space for weekly updates and waterpolo workout videos. Each and every Monday afternoon there will be a new program. 12 weeks, 12 workouts in total.
