This is the final clip for the WPA X H.FIT Collab. I’ve really enjoyed this 12 week journey and I’m thankful that I’ve been able to provide some useful resources through a very tough and insane time.
In this final session I join the dots of the program and show you how it all blends together with my progression training system. Progression is the most important tool to success and It needs to be used across all training programs. Build the foundation, make the structure strong, fast, mobile and powerful then when you master it, add a layer of progression and keep the ball rolling.
