Why did you reach out to us?
My sister was getting married and so myself and my two sisters decided to find something where we could train together in the lead up.
What change/Results have you noticed since training with our H.FIT training..
Two years of consistent training has helped me shed 10kgs, I feel stronger than I have in years and being up early and productive in the mornings helps manage my work stress and anxiety better than anything else I have tried.
What do you most like about our training and programs?
I love being outside, and I love starting my week with Sarah’s pilates – can’t recommend more highly.
A note/Tip to those who are thinking about joining the H.FIT community?Â
Don’t think, just do it, you won’t get a more knowledgeable and professional trainer or nicer training group anywhere else.

My sister was getting married, so my sisters and I wanted to find a training program that we could do together to help us stay committed and motivated.
What change/Results have you noticed since training with our H.FIT training.. Â
I have noticed a huge difference in my strength, I am lot stronger today than when I started with H.Fit. My body shape has seen changes in the last 2 years, mostly muscle definition and fat loss.
What do you most like about our training and programs?Â
 I enjoy being outdoors, the amazing community of people that Locky and Sarah have created and definitely the program itself. Locky puts in a lot of effort into each session and you can really see how dedicated he is to each and every one of us becoming the best versions of ourselves. The variety of the program is also something i love, you never get bored.
